We intervene at the culture level by establishing cross-functional rituals. Management, factory floor production teams, and sales are required to participate in monthly co-resolution sprints. We design incentive systems that reward cross-departmental collaboration in solving efficiency problems, rather than rewarding only individual target achievement.
